Drain bacon slices on paper towels; crumble.Stir chicken, bacon, tomato, and celery together in a bowl.Whisk mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth.
